Sales Account Manager: Telecoms: UK (Polish Speaking) Are you a highly successful Sales Account Manager looking for a new opportunity? If so, our client has a fantastic opportunity to join their thriving Sales team in a newly created role due to exceptional growth. The role holder is responsible for generating repeat sales as well new business development within a defined region. The Account Manager aim is to build long term relationship within their customer group to ensure sustained repeat business. Also to generate opportunities and sell products and services to achieve revenues in line with business objectives and sales targets. The key responsibilities of the Sales Account Manager are - Service and develop current accounts within a defined territory or portfolio. Generate sales among client accounts, including up-selling and cross-selling. Maintain and develop a relationship with key individuals within our customer base with the aim to gain trust and transparency for ongoing and future opportunities. To achieve set monthly targets in line with company expectations as determined by the company. Ensure a high level of Customer Service, resolving and where applicable escalating an issues/complaints to ensure a high level of service. Provide accurate detailed monthly and quarterly forecast and ensure information on CRM system is kept up to date. Operate within published commercial and contractual guidelines, making effective use of escalation route. Maintain a high awareness and knowledge of the market, including industry, competitors and telecoms and internal activities to ensure that all business opportunities are identified, considered and implemented appropriately. The successful Candidate will have - Successful and demonstratable experience of Account Management. Be a proven accomplished Sales Professional with experience in the Telecoms sector. Knowledge of sales techniques to optimise sales. Knowledge of Telecommunications and Enterprise sectors Business to Business Sales knowledge. Import and Export Regulations. GCSEs in Maths and English at grade C or above. It is desirable the candidate has a degree in a business-related subject. Additional Languages are highly desirable.
