Overview

We are searching for a talented Creative Designer (Part/Full-time) to be part of our founding team (£2m run rate - scaling fast)   About NOAH Here at Noah’s Box, we are building the first event-driven eCommerce brand offering Starter Kits for any occasion in life. We aim to disrupt the way consumers conduct multi-item shopping by building a trusted brand that addresses an increasing number of 'life events’ through carefully curated product bundles. From our own experiences, we found that purchasing everything you need to start a new chapter in your life such as setting up in a new home is a real chore, often requiring multiple trips to different stores and more Amazon deliveries than any person should ever have to bear. We’ve created a solution that allows the customer to start with a curated selection of items and then customise to their requirements, reducing the wasted shopping time and providing economies of scale not possible when purchasing items individually. We have seen amazing traction with our first bootstrapped Starter Kit for Students, generating significant revenue and operating profitably by being hyper-efficient in everything we do. Recently we have expanded into Kitchen & Home Mover Kits and we have seen great initial results with 20-30% MoM growth. We are now preparing our first funding round to scale our existing customer segments through a growing number of strategic partnerships and to expand our product range to truly become the first event-driven Starter Kit brand out there. About the Role We are looking for a talented Designer to join our awesome eCommerce Startup in the making and to become part of our founding team. Instead of "just" building another boring Direct-to-Consumer brand, we are creating a unique and new market segment with a completely different Product & UX approach. This is our first ‘Brand/Design’ hire at NOAH. In the past, this has been poorly covered by our CEO - and it’s time to step up our game We want to completely redefine NOAH as a brand. Tone-of-voice, visual identity, brand statement (what does NOAH stand for?), marketing & photography. We are looking to work with someone that shares our passion for developing a unique brand identity that is not too aspirational & represents our core believes. We want to make it easy to create, share and purchase all kinds of Starter Kits and an amazing brand is necessary to communicate our mission to the end customer. We have some incredibly interesting projects in the pipeline that go far beyond the standard eCom stuff   Profile   Join us if You love reducing the friction between brands and end-users by genuine storytelling.
