Overview

Our Well-Established client, with a wealth of experience within their field are currently recruiting a Sales Support & Operations Coordinator to join their business based on South Birmingham area. The successful candidate will be a highly self-motivated, pro-active individual capable of working within a busy sales support team. As the Sales Support and Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for: Liaising with customers and suppliers by telephone, fax and e-mail Producing and send pricing schedules to customers as required Providing support to a designated area sales manager Logging all client appointments onto a CRM diary system Processing architect / contractor sample requests, including web requests as required by your designated Area Sales Manager Calculating products required from floor and room plans to produce a quotation to architects and contractors Making outbound follow up calls to clients to follow up on sample and quotation requests Offer customers add-on products to increase sales Provide product specific data sheets when requested Monitoring and producing Cleaning and Maintenance Schedules Ensuring accurate placement of orders with manufacturers and suppliers Arranging cost effective international transportation of orders to the UK Organise Express and container deliveries direct to site Acknowledging ongoing status of order to the customer Preparing Sales Order documentation for despatch Collating new product code detail for Stock onto SAP Updating and maintaining accurate communication and forecasts on SAP for Area Sales Managers Continuously monitor all stocks allocated to Live Sales Orders for pro-forma and account customers Liaising with Credit Control regarding new accounts, account limits, on hold orders for despatch within Sage Process incoming sales returns and ensuring they are allocated back into the stock The successful candidate for the role of Sales Support and Operations Coordinator will have: Previous experience within a fast paced sales support role Experience of calculating and producing quotations on Excel Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal Ability to produce effective summaries and reports Highly-motivated self-starter, with a positive, professional attitude, strong work ethic, and critical attention to detail In return the Sales Support and Operations Coordinator will receive a basic salary of £22,000 with the opportunity to earn bonuses based on company profits. Working hours are Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm, Friday 8.30am - 4.30am. Please Note: We do not contact or write to unsuccessful candidates.
