Overview
Our client is looking to expand their real estate finance practice in London with the addition of one, or, more high quality real estate finance lawyers. You will advise development companies, regional hotel operators and owners, investors, project sponsors and financial institutions on: major real estate developments and the creation of new communities; real estate financing; acquisition; disposals and management of property portfolios; development of landmark buildings; hotel and leisure transactions; and commercial leasing/licensing and retail work. You must have some real estate finance experience. The successful candidate will have a strong academic background with experience gained at a top tier UK, Australian, New Zealand or other international law firm recognised for its real estate finance practice.
