Real Estate Lawyer Leading International Law Firm London £80,000 - £100,000 The Firm: At this large and leading International Law firm, you will be offered a high level of client contact and international work . This Firm excels in a number of sectors including financial services, insurance, TMT and the energy space. This Firm provides support and facilitates a friendly environment as well as a better work/life balance to that of the Magic Circle. The Role: This role as a Real Estate Lawyer offers a range of Real Estate transactions but has a focus on development, investment as well as energy related work. As a part of this leading European Real Estate team you will work with some of the largest investors in the country on multi-million-pound transactions as well as alternative real estate asset classes such as hotels and leisure, infrastructure, student accommodation and renewable energy. The successful candidate: The successful candidate for this position as a Real Estate Lawyer will be an enthusiastic, ambitious individual who is commercially aware and demonstrates an interest in the commercial property industry. A strong academic background is required, and the successful candidate will have c. 2-4 years PQE. Prior experience in investment, development or energy related real estate work is essential.
