We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales/Letting Negotiator to join a reputable and thriving Estate Agent in Liverpool. Due to their excellent reputation and growth within the buiness they are looking to bring on an additional team member. Duties Happy to generate new business when requited through being commercial aware and self-motived Arranging viewings and market appraisals Taking photographs of the property/s Dealing with any queries that arise Adhering to GDPR and client confidentiality Selling additional services where possible Deal with telephone enquiries in a profession and polite manner About the person You must be happy to work to targets on an ongoing basis Have experience in a sales or letting capacity Want to grow with the company and have ambition Have the ability to work in a pressurised environment Smart and professional .
