You will be empowered by the autonomy to design, run and execute any marketing activities needed to generate more leads. This role is based in London. We will be hiring on a rolling basis.   Responsibilities Drive lead generation, nurturing and conversion across organic and paid channels including Email, social, website, SEO, offline events and others. Own and operate a GDPR compliant CRM. Execution of the marketing calendar. Design and implement email campaigns and journeys including sales automation.  Collaborate with the Content Editor to execute integrated campaigns across all channels. Collaborate with Sales and Content to produce and optimise sales assets. Design and implement tracking plans, reporting on marketing metrics. Collaborate to document and refine process and marketing journeys.  Being hands-on with a wide range of marketing and automation tools. This role will report directly into the Marketing Manager.   Requirements These are ideal but not required as we know some people are less likely to apply for the role  unless they are 100% qualified.   We promote a diverse, inclusive and empowering culture at Learnerbly. 2 years experience in Marketing (experience in B2B, SaaS and/or HRTech is a major plus)  Focussed and creative problem-solver with a curious and technical mindset Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with the wider team Outcome focussed over output driven with a demonstrable track record of high performance Experience in running marketing campaigns on platforms such as Hubspot, Intercom and LinkedIn is a bonus.  Confident in building marketing personas and segments to maximise communication impact.  Pro-active self-starter and enjoy working as part of a small team, rapidly iterating on approach and getting your hands dirty to deliver on the results What our clients and users want Someone who is focussed on the target customer and finds creative ways of reaching that customer and gets them to request a demo.
