Lloyd Recruitment Services are delighted to be able to assist our client a reputable insurance company who are looking for a vibrant enthusiastic graduate; this is a perfect opportunity for someone who wants to work in sales within a good spirited environment to start off their career. Our Client is looking for someone with the right attitude who would like to build a career for themselves in the Insurance business. The Successful candidate will firstly be trained on the systems by a member of the team gaining knowledge of the Insurance world taking quotes, setting policies up etc. As a vibrant enthusiastic Junior Insurance consultant you will be based in the Tooting branch and have just left education or have 1-2 years of the below experience. Experience Desired but not essential: Face to Face retail experience Telephone experience You will be trained at the following: Handling enquiries from new and existing customers, primarily on the telephone but also face to face Providing quotations to new customers and selling new policies Making amendments to existing customers’ policies Ensuring high levels of customer service are achieved at all times Requirements: Sales and/or Customer Service experience, ideally within Insurance, Banking or Finance Ability to develop long term relationships to ensure repeat custom Highly professional manner both on the telephone and face to face Education Level required: Educated to at least GCSE (or equivalent) level, including Maths and English at grade C or above The company offers ongoing training and development, with support to complete professional insurance qualifications.
