They have evolved from less than 10 employees to over 300 with over 3,500 facilities nationwide and are part of a FTSE 100 company. They have experienced 30% annual growth and are looking to support this by expanding their sales team with a new search for a Business Development Manager. Offering full training, a structured induction and ongoing development, they offer uncapped commission which will see you earning £60K OTE in your first year The Role: As the new Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting new business with the support of a telesales team passing leads across the South East. You will be selling car park management solutions, which is everything from pay and display machines to security enforcement, ANPR software and drop off zones, targeting any business that has a car park within your patch. You will sell to the NHS, pubs, restaurants, hotels, supermarkets, shopping centres and transport sites. Attending 6 meetings per week, you will be targeted on 5 new clients per month. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria: Strong field sales experience in a B2B space Proven track record of new business sales A good understanding of the entire sales process Full UK driving licence BMS Performance are sales specialists and have spent years building strong relationships with leading B2B companies.
