Zachary Daniels is working together with a successful retailer to recruit a Store Manager for a luxury brand who have shown great results and have big plans for this year We are looking to recruit an ambitious retail manager with drive and passion for the customer experience. This is a unique environment where you can make a difference to deliver great service which in turn will ensure you achieve the sales for the business. Our client has a large format store and the Store Manager will have a strong operational background in order to be help support the team to be successful. The successful Store Manager will play a crucial role in performing well in an existing store, able to use your skills to drive the store to achieve sales results. We want a people focused manager who can really engage with colleagues to ensure they have the skills and focus to achieve the company aims and ambitions. What we are looking for in our new Store Manager Able to work with a strong and successful management team Preferably you will have retail experience with a diverse range of stores Passion for retail and customer service An ability to achieve and exceed sales targets when required Operationally strong and analytical Able to drive people to deliver an amazing service to customers Confident, personable and service focused Able to act as a duty manager when the Store Manager is away A professional, positive approach at all times Motivated to deliver all service and sales targets Energetic, personable and engaging Working for an amazing brand, the new Store Manager will be able to sell a fantastic product and use your knowledge to engage with the customer to give them the confidence to buy in your store. Making every customer interaction count, you will be able to continue the success of this long-standing destination store.
