Business Development Executive - IT Recruitment Basic up to 30k OTE 40k - 50k COMPANY One of the leading brands in recruitment is looking to bring a business development executive into client development team. The business specialise in the provision of permanent and contract staff into the IT/Tech industry and other disciplines UK wide. ROLE The role is a fast track position to join the Business Development Management Team. This position is a self-starting role requiring a proactive attitude to client development through following leads, calls and visits to generate opportunities. You will pass on secured vacancies to the recruitment teams to fill and will be rewarded on their success. PERSON This is a very good option for a recruiter who enjoys client development but doesn't enjoy sourcing candidates and sifting through CVs on job boards. You can be currently working in a BD capacity or as a recruiter but want to develop a route into a full BDM position. This is working alongside more senior BD people from whom you can learn and develop your skills. A track record of success in your recruitment career to date is important, and all sectors will be considered. A strong sales background in a b2b capacity will also be of interest. PACKAGE Salary will reflect experience but is likely to be in the £22k - 27k bracket with ote around 40k. Training will be given to develop to a full BDM too.
