Purpose: JDXs overarching People Purpose is to: Attract, develop and retain the best people, at the best time, for JDX . The overarching purpose of HR within JDX is to Support people centric leadership, with great management coming from the business, and to ensure seamless global operations which underpin collaboration, diversity and growth. Description: The HR team within JDX aspire to be People Partners working with and supporting the business in delivering a globally consistent people experience. Each member of HR is part of the global HR team, contributing to policy and practice, and each member has a subject matter expertise, where they can help to shape that part of the HR strategy for the business. For this role, it is the HR system. JDX has an all singing, all dancing HR system, Sage People, which can be leveraged to deliver great processes, data, information and insight to the business. We are looking for someone who has experience using an HRS, who can help us redesign our practices to make the most of the technology available and give all our staff a great HR experience. Responsibilities: * MI/KPI reporting: Using HR system reports and Excel; * Produce monthly and ad-hoc MI reports / dashboards using HRS and related technology for Management * Identify opportunities for providing MI and reporting based on business/HR requirements * Gender Pay Gap reporting * Create, publish and analyse quarterly employee engagement surveys * Provide and analyse KPIs such as absence and holidays management, attrition and retention and HR team performance. * Ownership of HR System: * Performing regular audits of HR system (SAGE) to ensure the data is accurate and up to date. * Utilising and developing the system to automate key HR and business processes. * Training and advising team and troubleshooting issues * Ensuring all salary and job changes are efficiently and accurately reflected on HRS * Managing data flow between HRS and other systems used throughout the business * Improving controls on HR processes. * Payroll * Leasing with external payroll provider to ensure an accurate process * Creating payroll document for payroll/finance based on monthly people changes * Reviewing final payment summary before salaries are paid Requirements Requirements: * 1.5+ years HR experience desirable * Experienced using HRS, preferably Sage People and/or Salesforce * Strong systems and process design/implementation experience * Able to demonstrate success working in a high performing team * Competent user of Excel * Able to understand and interpret data analysis Benefits * Benefits * Responsible for adding and managing employees data on Benefit system platform * Lease with key benefit external suppliers when necessary for example private medical insurance, pension, employee assistance programme etc * Manage campaigns to increase usage of the benefit platform * Support the expansion of benefits offering globally * Ensure the benefits deductions are on payroll
