The aim of this department is to provide a first-class service to all their customers in private rented accommodation whilst ensuring the rents are at the correct levels. Head of Operations - PRS key duties: Managing a team of between 10 - 15 property professionals Implementing new ideas and strategies across department Streamline operations across the entire companies developments and improve resident satisfaction Property and estate management performance against targets and KPI's Regularly attend board meetings and sitting on the panel Legislation and compliance Property and estate management performance against targets and KPI's Head of Operations - PRS requirements: Understand the Private Rented Sector Experience managing a team Good knowledge of all legislations ARLA/ IRPM desirable Package for the Head of Operations - PRS: Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 DOE Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday Please contact us immediate for more information on this role as a Head of Operations - PRS
