Overview
Account Manager - IT, Support, Cloud £20-26k DOE Benefits - Ipswich, Suffolk CloudScope are working exclusively with an up and coming IT Support company based in Ipswich town centre. The business is expanding, and we are looking for a technical account manager to become part of this close nit, communicative team. We are looking for somebody with experience of the IT industry, maybe somebody who previously worked in support who wants to turn their hand in a sales role, or somebody who comes from an IT sales & account management background. The majority of this role will be managing some of the company's key clients, you'll be on-site and a good technical knowledge will be key to building good relationships with stakeholders. There will be a small element of new business generation, around 10% which can be done to your strengths.
