Overview
HGV Sales Manager - Commercial Sales Manager Jobs Circa £50,000 Basic with a good bonus system in place. The Role As HGV Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing, developing and ultimately increasing the sales of new HGV vehicles within the East Anglian region, covering 2 branches. You will be leading a team of Sales staff, working with them to improve performance and ensure a profitable business. Equally, as part of the Sales Management team, you will be responsible for both short and long term business plans in line with corporate objectives, whilst developing and promoting the company products to new and existing customers. The Person The HGV Sales Manager will have a track record of selling new HGV vehicles, whilst also leading and mentoring a successful team of sales individuals. You will possess excellent negotiation and influencing skills, combined with advanced heavy truck industry knowledge experience.
