Overview

With over half a century know how in the Lighting industry, our client is bringing the magical properties of the photon to the darkest corners of a multitude of industries to help illuminate their clients' work and quality of output. This role is for you if you are a natural leader and enjoy the thrill of developing and closing new business. You will use your strategic business development skills to grow revenues across the substantial London region. You will also be managing a close knit team of 10 people (5 in sales). Reporting directly to the National Sales Director you will be tasked with: • Developing and implementing a sales strategy that drives revenue generation in the London area • Leading, coaching and motivating a mixed team of Sales and Operations professionals • Building and extending relationships with existing clients • Working alongside the Vertical Sales team to develop end user sales opportunities with specific focus in the Higher Education and Healthcare sectors. • Supporting the Product Development teams by providing relevant client feedback To be successful in this role you will need: • Proven track record of developing and managing successful sales teams • Excellent people and team working skills • Strong sales background as an individual sales contributor • In-depth knowledge of the M&E space in London is a must for the role • Knowledge of the Healthcare, Industrial and Educations sectors is an advantage
