We are currently working with them to find them superstars to join their newly formed Regional Sales team. This role is ideal for someone looking for the next step in their sales career so candidates who have established their sales foundation but now needs that next challenge - read on: In this role you will be responsible for helping to increase sales by visiting through key retail channels, including: Tesco, Morrison’s, M&S, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, M&S, Boots & BP and you will be responsible for: Owning and delivering against Account KPI’s set against factors such as increasing revenue targets by increasing store listings, improving sitting locations within store, organising and hosting in-store sampling initiatives Conducting a set number of retail store visits per day Ensuring all stores have the SKU's they're supposed to and that they are set up correctly Devising weekly store visit plans to achieve your weekly KPI's Identifying potential stores for in-store sampling Keeping updated and monitoring competitors Attending events with the Events Team, as and when additional support is required So who are we looking for: Ideally you will have some experience of working with key decision makers within the retailers such as Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers Passionate about taking your career to the next level Have proven your ability to know how to promote / present a product to attract your audience Good analytical skills Proactive person who can build rapport quickly and has very confident communication skills Always keeping an eye on the competitors and identifying new ideas and route to market Please note that due to the volume of applicant if you do not hear from us within 7 working days your application on this occasion has been unsuccessful
