This is a fantastic new job opportunity based on patch in the Cambridge area. We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive that will play an integral part of the business and growth plans and in return receive excellent support and development as your career progresses as a successful Field Sales Executive The Role: Field Sales Executive On Offer for the successful Field Sales Executive Salary £22,000-£27,500 OTE £35-38K Total of 20% commission uncapped available to high performers meaning realistic earning potential of £70-80K plus. Excellent progression opportunities within the company The Field Sales Executive is responsible for the overall performance of selling to the SME Market in prescribed territories of the UK. Duties: Assist in the development of the business plans for the region. Introducing new clients Developing and managing relationships Assist in the development of the business plans for the region Identifying new Clients within their region Develop and obtain corporate agreement to short term sales plans Provide updates to UK Sales Manager and above Develop and obtain corporate agreement to short term sales plans Consistently meeting and/or exceeding personal new business target/budget Maximising each sale and providing strategic solutions Promote a positive and professional sales attitude in the region and ensure adherence to high standards The ideal Field Sales Executive Demonstrated and applied knowledge of formal Sales in a Service industry Self-motivated and results driven Demonstrates leadership that guides and inspires Acts with courage and has demonstrated strong change leadership skills. Clear, consistent and reliable communicator. Results oriented with a sense of urgency and passion for winning Cooperation skills and working well within a team to create solutions and maximise sales Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding targets Excellent written and verbal communication A positive 'can do' attitude Location - Cambridge and surrounding counties
