Sales and Events Manager Weybridge £24,000 - 26,000 Do you have experience in Events and Hospitality? Are you looking to join a successful organisation where you can be involved and make a difference with time? Our client are seeking a Sales and Event Manager to support clients from beginning to end and be there for anything that is required. The role of the Sales and Events Manager is: To promote the venue and its services To conduct show rounds and enquiries and discuss their requirements Being responsible for organising and delivering events during the week and weekends To liaise with the existing customers as and when required Providing administration support which will include handling emails and telephone calls Being extremely proactive and reactive to the sales that come into the business To be responsible for the full event co-ordination Corresponding with clients, preparing quotes, plan, create event sheets, organise tastings etc. Operating events and be on site until the finish of the event; managing staff and looking after the client To be considered the Sales and Events Manager will: Be charismatic, positive and pleasant to work with Work alone without minimal supervision Have 2 years' experience within the catering and hospitality industry Have the ability to work under pressure Maintain good experience of selling and planning events Work well under pressure and be able to work in a fast paced environment Be extremely open to working hours and being flexible Have the a to prioritise and be organised with work load Be creative and have an eye for detail This is such an exciting position for a candidate who is looking to join a fantastic company and team.
