Overview

Account Manager - Medical / NHS contracts £40,000 - £50,000 - company car, Annual Bonus (Excellent company packages) Location - UK Region Homebase and Field based We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join a highly profitable and Global organisation who provide NHS services across the UK. You will be responsible for managing and leading large UK Key accounts ensuring the services are being delivered, as well as retain and grow recurring revenue streams within the UK. Responsible for achieving strategic account objectives, working closely with external and internal teams across the business to ensure client SLA’s are being met. Understanding what each service is needed in terms of support as no two territories are the same. We are looking for Individuals that are highly customer focused and thrive selling a service rather than a product, this is main objective to this role is highly focused around the patient’s journey.Therefore, we are looking for passionate, innovative and highly customer focused individuals who can demonstrate experience in a similar field and want to make a difference whereby ensuring a service is being met. Main Accountabilities ·Achieve territory sales and margin targets. ·To deliver sustainable, profitable Company sales growth against territory target, through effective account management of existing business and development of new business. ·Regularly forecast new business and sales against target on a quarterly basis. ·Research and prepare business cases including P&L for new business opportunities using the data captured in the pre-intelligence form. ·Develop relationships with key decision makers, influencers and opinion leaders to secure new and existing business ·Manage both internal and external customers against agreed SLAs and ensure that your knowledge of all aspects of the service, policies and procedures are kept up to date. ·Manage regular and effective service reviews presenting KPI’s in a positive manner with fully prepared back up information. Ensuring that serious complaints have been answered. ·Compliance with EMTS standard operating procedure and completion of business plans within specified timelines. ·Create business plans that reflect strategy for achieving targets and company objectives. ·Manage and own tender submissions in line with company SOP ·Lead or support projects and new services to develop business and/or enhance the service as required in line with the corporate business plan. ·Collaborate with relevant internal and external teams to organise customer and patient education days to raise awareness of the features of the homecare service and our partnership working with hospitals. ·manage all financial expenditure within budgets as agreed with National Sales Manager. You must have a proven track record of successfully leading business development activities but most importantly delivering and servicing large key accounts.
