Reporting into a highly successful and established team of Recruitment Managers and Directors, this is a unique opportunity to benefit from a thorough initial training programme, together with ongoing career development and 'future leader' development programmes from some of the industry's most esteemed figures. Average earnings of a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant are as follows: 1st Year OTE: £25,000 - £40,000 2nd Year OTE: £40,000 - £70,000 3rd Year OTE: £50,000 - £100,000 (uncapped Commission Structure) Graduate Recruitment Consultant / Trainee Recruitment Consultant Working in a fast paced, high pressure and high expectation environment, my client is looking for candidates to flourish in a competitive but purely meritocratic organisation.
