Overview
Sales Account Manager Location: Salford Salary: Up to £25,000 (DOE), plus flexible home-working options, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, regular incentives including European trips away. We are currently working alongside a market leading and award winning IT Reseller organisation who have an excellent brand and portfolio of solutions. This is a high level sales role for those who enjoy a good mix of Business Development and Account Management and want to be financially rewarded for their efforts. You will be given full product training and sales training, working closely with the sales manager to develop your skill set. This is a good consultative sell and is perfect for those wanting to escape aggressive sales - The right candidate will have the drive and ambition to succeed in a fast-moving environment, whilst multi-tasking all of their customer needs. Responsibilities Increase profit from dormant, existing and new customers Conducting outbound activity, prospecting and establishing relationships with customers Ensure you are maintaining a healthy pipeline, forecasting potential deals and keeping in close contact with your prospect Properly utilising the CRM to keep track of requirements usage, contacts, quotations and orders. Demonstrate your market expertise in IT Hardware and assist the customer in understanding the products and services that the company can provide. Experience required Previous sales experience in a B2B Tech/IT/Software sales environment Strong sense of initiative and relationship building High energy and motivation to build relationships with prospective clients Industry awareness, with the ability to identify market trends, threats and opportunities Ability to demonstrate sales process from start to completion The business also prides itself on offering genuine fast track progression for high calibre individuals looking to progress in a growing business including structured career ladder to a Team Leader role.
