Position: Lettings and Sales Business Development Manager / Valuer Salary: c.£24k plus commission Company Car Location: Salford, Manchester A great opportunity has arisen for an Estate Agency and Lettings Valuer / Business Development Manager to join a reputable and well-established multi office Sales & Lettings brand in their Salford office on a permanent basis. As a Business Development manager in Estate Agency and Lettings you will be part of a fast-paced sales team and be responsible for: Generating new business through valuations Building and maintaining relationships with prospect clients Generating new business leads Presenting sales pitches to prospective clients The successful Business Development Manager will have the following skill set: Previous experience working as a Lettings or Estate Agent Valuer Proven track record in winning new business Strong relationship building and communication skills Full UK driving license This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales and Lettings Valuer to join a market leading brand with a competitive commission structure, unrestricted career progression and excellent training prospects.
