Showroom Manager/ Showroom Supervisor- £20-24k uncapped OTEbens THE COMPANY My client is a successful distributor of plumbing, heating and bathroom products for trade and retail. They are looking for a Showroom Manager/ Showroom Supervisor for their bathroom showroom. THE ROLE Providing high levels of customer service in the showroom at all times. Designing bathrooms for both trade and retail customers. Driving business with both new and existing customers. Ensuring high margins achieved on all products sold. To provide a liaison role between the showroom and senior management team. KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Exceptional sales and customer relationship building skills in a trade or retail environment Ability to identify and understand business opportunities and build long term relationships with customers Experience in selling and designing bathrooms is an advantage, but not essential Full driving licence essential PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES Self motivated Friendly and confident Adaptation Drive and enthusiasm An excellent opportunity to begin a full and rewarding career with a market leading brand with unrivalled career opportunities.
