Role: Business Development Manager (J8253) Location: Home based Salary: Upto £40K uncapped commission Are you a motivated, driven and tenacious new business sales professional? Due to their recent growth, they are now looking for a driven and motivated Business Development Manager to join their team and help contribute towards their future success. This is a fantastic opportunity for a New Business professional to develop their sales career and reap the financial rewards alongside it. The Role As a Business Development Manager you'll be responsible for driving new business revenue opportunities within large businesses with turnovers in excess of £30m. Leveraging the relationships with these companies and generating new leads you will utilise a consultative sales approach to discover client pain points. You will demonstrate excellent communication skills and have a tenacious, adaptable attitude to build solid professional relationships. The Candidate The ideal candidate has to have proven experience of business development. As an ambitious individual this Business Development Manager will not be phased by new challenges and will thrive in a fast paced environment. • Min 3 years' experience in Credit Management and Debt Recovery • Proven track record of success • Experience in generating leads and closing deals • Able to own and develop working relationships • Strong organizational skills with excellent time management • Motivated by over-achievement • A positive and optimistic personality with the desire to succeed • An entrepreneurial spirit • Competitive and passionate
