How you’ll make an impact … Working as part of the Partner Sales team which consists of field based and office based team members Partner Team Manager will work alongside the Head of Partner Sales (Field) and is responsible for leading a team of Senior Account Managers (SAMs) based regionally within the South West of England and Wales, helping them to achieve their sales targets and ensuring Accounting and Bookkeeping Partners receive the support and guidance they need to succeed. The role will draw on experience and proven, dynamic sales leadership accompanied by knowledge of the UK accounting marketplace. It carries responsibility for a significant proportion of Xero UK’s business. You will work with Xero leadership to shape and develop our culture, uphold our values, understand and promote our vision and then in turn manage, motivate, coach and mentor team members in the field, championing Xero’s Sales and Account Management processes as well as being responsible for the development of individual territory plans including quarterly business reviews to facilitate sales people achieving target. What you’ll bring… 3 years sales management experience Experience in all aspects of people management within your team including the ongoing performance management, professional skills development, coaching and career progression of the team. Strong tactical selling and sales team leadership skills with a proven sales performance and drive for results.
