Overview
EAC are currently representing a passionate, creative, forward thinking Marketing agency based in Northamptonshire for an Experienced Sales Account Manager. We are looking for a thinker, doer, master and creator to take on the role of Sales Account Manager. 70% Account Management and 30% new business sales. You must ideally have at least 5 years' experience of working within a similar environment. This is a role within a busy agency which can be demanding, so real motivation is required to thrive. The role: Sales Account Manager On Offer: Salary Competitive Uncapped OTE Company benefits they also offer a competitive salary, a 25 days annual leave after 2 years plus bank holidays Free Parking Free membership to our on-site gym Team Lunch on your first day Endless supply of coffee, tea, soft drinks and hobnobs Duties for the Sales Account Manager Working with a selection of key clients in the charity sector, you will play a key role in managing and developing client requirements Manage a portfolio of client accounts whilst ensuring exceptional client care Drive projects to completion with efficiency and a high standard Provide pricing and quotations to clients, taking and processing orders Achieve and exceed specific targets in line with business expectations Actively build and maintain client relationships Upselling our other services The ideal Sales Account Manager At least 5 years' experience in a sales/business development and account management position Exceptional communicator, both verbally and written To be self-motivated, driven and ambitious Confidence to be resilient, positive and driven Experience of working with large organisations To be confident in themselves and the sales process.
