Overview
A senior field sales role promoting my clients industry leading range of fibre cement decorative rain-screen cladding products to national house builders, regional developers, architects and contractors across East Anglia. Package: £40k-£45k basic, £48k-£54k uncapped OTE car, laptop, mobile, pension, healthcare & 24 day's holiday Territory: East Anglia - Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire and Leicestershire Selling: Decorative rain-screen cladding / fibre cement weatherboards and facades Customers: National house builders, regional developers, housing associations, architects and contractors THE ROLE: A house builder led sales role both existing account managing and new business winning - with relationships already in place with many of the national house builders Securing projects for my clients leading range of external decorative rain-screen cladding products Tracking and winning new-build projects with national house builders and larger regional developers Whist equally working with the associated architects and contractors related to each project Projects won will be back-sold through an established network of national and independent merchants and distributors - that colleagues in another team will manage YOU WILL BE: A field sales professional with a proven track record within the construction industry Ideally you will already have experience working with national house builders and regional developers Although field sales professional with a general specification background will also be readily considered You will be professional and structured, whilst equally proactive and target driven in your sales approach THE COMPANY: A leading and long established manufacturer of building materials A global player operating across all continents With exciting plans for growth, offering scope for progression Apply Now Please click on 'apply now’ link below to find out more about this and other opportunities.
