Job Description
Marketing Manager We are Mash, a staffing agency. Which means we're all about people. There's the 35 of us working together at our head office in London Bridge. Plus the 4,000 Mashers on our staff database. And of course our client partners like Samsung, Nike, Peloton, Lavazza, BMW, GHD and Waitrose. Awesome people working together to create positive brand experiences for consumers. And the good news is we need more people. We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing our brand presence - through online content, relationship building and proactive marketing campaigns. Here's an overview of the Marketing Manager's role: * Help create a detailed Mash marketing strategy * Become a Mash expert and stay up to date with all the latest projects * Advocate for the brand, and ensure brand guidelines are met on various Mash communications * Manage the Mash website and social channels, working with freelance support to create a range of engaging and relevant content * Project manage marketing campaigns e.g. ebooks, award entries and brand films * As the Marketing Manager you will manage the CRM database via Hubspot * Build relationships with key industry media to maximise exposure within industry publications * Being the Marketing Manager you will educate and inspire your colleagues to support the marketing function * Support the new business lead with specific marketing or research requests Requirements To apply for the Marketing Manager position, we'd like you to have the following skills and experience: * 3-5 years marketing experience, ideally within an agency environment * Warm and motivating personality, ability to influence and engage others * The ability to be creative, strategic and highly organised * Strong work ethic and 'can-do' attitude * A passion for marketing - a relevant qualification would be beneficial Benefits And in return for all your hard work, there's lots of benefits for you: * Salary of 32-40k Doe plus discretionary bonus * 25 annual leave plus an extra day for your birthday and all the bank holidays * Free breakfast, great coffee and fresh fruit all day * Great company culture with monthly of inclusive Mash events * 100 annual learning allowance and subscription to mindfulness app * Travel season ticket loan and cycle to work scheme (after probationary period) * Access to VIPerks employee benefits platform The recruitment process: 1.
