Overview
Our client is a highly respected and prestigious estate agency are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator at their thriving branch in Woodbridge. This is a great opportunity for the right individual to be an integral part of a growing company and successful team. Duties will include Register properties and appointments on system when you have arranged them Assisting colleagues with visitors and incoming calls to the office and any other office duties as requested. Day to day management, monitoring and assisting with colleagues in the office Liaise with Branch Manager and/or Partner, if necessary Cross selling - i.e. mortgage leads, market appraisals, etc Negotiate and agree with both vendor and purchaser, check chain Issue memo of sale The successful candidate will have: At least 12 months industry experience ideally working as a sales negotiator Hard working attitude Ambitious Good customer service skills Local knowledge of the property market In return, our client can offer: Basic salary £20,000 - £24,000 (DOE) Due to high amounts of applications if you have not been contacted within 7 days, please consider your application as unsuccessful.
