With a range of products already highly successful across UK, the company is now looking to appoint a driven Technical Sales Engineer to grow business across the Midlands and UK ensuring that commercial opportunities, strategic profit and growth objectives are met. The Role of Sales Engineer Reporting to the Sales Director the Sales Engineer will be responsible for defining and implementing a business development and sales plan to promote their industry leading products and capabilities. Key tasks include developing sales through established routes to market, including direct and indirect as well as: Ownership and delivery of agreed sales budgets and forecasts Identify new business opportunities along with the maintenance and development of existing accounts Increase the companys sales and profitability Ensure continuous improvement in level of knowledge and expertise in industry developments and convey this to colleagues Assist both the indirect and direct sales teams to ensure their success in sales of products The Person As a sales manager/professional with a degree qualification or equivalent you will possess an outstanding track record of sales and business development within a technical arena, you will be used to a consultative sell of a technical engineered product or technology.
