Your new role A role in recruitment is incredibly fast-paced and dynamic, requiring hard work, determination and perseverance, but the results are extremely rewarding. As a Recruitment Consultant you will be winning business with clients and sourcing and placing candidates, so relationship-building skills are key. We are a results driven business and we will provide you with first class training, a strong brand and the support of your team and wider colleagues to help you achieve your sales targets. You will be working as part of our consumer team focusing specifically on roles within marketing. You will already be a successful recruitment consultant or, unlike many other agencies, have no recruitment experience at all, but have consumer industry experience (ideally in Marketing). We look for people who are results driven, ambitious, outgoing, confident and resilient. You will constantly be meeting new people, so it's important that you're sociable, friendly and aim to always provide great customer service along the way. You should be eager to learn and be driven to become an expert in your field.
