Overview
Telesales Executive Wolverhampton Salary £19,500 plus bonus up to £25k OTE Permanent role Want to work for an excellent employer and get job satisfaction with great benefits? You will be joining the Sales and Customer Service department and help with the continued growth and client retention. Key Responsibilities To continually identifying opportunities to positively improve the customer experience and introduce existing and potential customers to the full range of company products and support. Supporting Area Sales Manager’s by raising quotes within 2 hours of request, booking appointments, arranging samples, credit application requests, raising events, and any other reasonable request they may have. Cold calling potential new customers (using insight database or other means) identifying new business opportunities. Range extending into existing customers using gap analysis by brand and by product groups. Monthly order capture calls to generate top up orders and identify possible sales churn. Monthly retention calls prioritizing zero spend accounts and customers with significant drop off, updating the ASM. Updating CRM following all call activity with particular attention to customer data capture log. Raise opportunities from pipeline report Run regular competitor or product based sales & market research campaigns with product managers and ASM’s, pro-actively suggesting follow up promotions.
