Overview
Company Director - Coventry - up to £35k basic plus commission An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales and Lettings professional to join this established brand located in Coventry. With 3 branches in the Coventry area, they have been established for 13 years and specialise in Sales, Residential and Student Lettings and have built up an impressive and well respected brand in the area. The company are now looking to recruit a Company Director to oversee their branches who must have a wealth of experience in both Sales and Lettings and ideally have run their own business previously. The role will involve managing a team of 10 staff, have HR knowledge, payroll, accounts, able to coach and train staff and someone who is also hands on with business generation. You will be an experienced manager who can lead and mentor a team of employees through reviews, regular one to ones and morning meettings. You will ensure that the business is compliant, drive activity levels across multiple KPI's, build and maintain business relationships and recruitment to grow the business.
