Estate Agent Sales Negotiator - Coventry - £25k Package (Pool Car available) A fantastic opportunity to work for a leading independent Estate and Lettings Agent with multiple branches within the Coventry area. Our clients pride themselves on their modern and forward thinking approach to Estate Agency and their heritage going back over 100 years. My client offers great earning potential along with brilliant opportunities for further career progression. They are looking for a professional and ambitious sales individual to join their team as Estate Agent Sales Negotiator. Within this role your main duties will include: ·Arranging and conducting viewings ·Successfully negotiating offers ·Progressing Sales through to completion. ·Maintaining regular contact with all vendors ·Maintaining regular contact with all applicants, making them aware of new properties as they become available.
