Estate Agent Sales Negotiator - Coventry - £25k Package Pool Car available A fantastic opportunity to work for a leading independent Estate and Lettings Agent with multiple branches within the Coventry area. The Role: ·Arranging and conducting viewings ·Successfully negotiating offers ·Progressing Sales through to completion. ·Maintaining regular contact with all vendors ·Maintaining regular contact with all applicants, making them aware of new properties as they become available. Essential Skills for Sales Negotiator: ·Previous Estate Agency Experience ·Excellent communication skills ·Accurate, numerate and computer literate ·A team player with excellent organisational skills ·You must have a full UK driving licence
