Overview
We are looking for Trainee Sales professionals to join our team in Liverpool Street, London.Key Responsibilities include: · Make effective, highly professional outbound calls to key decision-makers and shareholders. · Successfully identify new opportunities within the bond & FX markets. · Systematically develop a well-researched database of prospective clients. · Warm/Cold calling high net worth individuals Must have the following Competencies: · Excellent Telephone Manner & Communication Skills · Influence and Persuasion · Self-Motivated and results/target driven Advancing to a Senior broker will mean that the above becomes a smaller part of your role as your time is focused on managing your own portfolio of clients and eventually growing and managing your own team. This advancement will depend on your results and could be achieved in Year 1, your salary will subsequently increase by a minimum of 40%.
