Then look no further and hit apply now Immediate interviews and start dates available JOB TITLE: Internal Sales Executive PURPOSE OF ROLE: To Sell/Upgrade Business’s Products and Services to Existing and New clients in the SME Market in the Coventry, Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Area. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Working within a team - 12 Internal Sales and 4 Field Sales and 3 Customer Service Colleagues - You will need to be able to work with a close-knit sales team where communication is key. You will need to be able to sell to Top Team Decision Makers in organisations from 1-man bands to 100 Employees. Working towards KPI’s- You will work towards achievable goals, individual and team. Liaising with various departments to make sure all sales and customer related enquiries are dealt with in a professional manner. Involved in various campaigns for new and existing customers To deliver an accurate weekly forecast on your target areas to the Sales Director To Manage effectively your opportunity prospect bank To Learn and develop your own effective solution selling sales technique To pro-actively learn about our Portfolio of products using the "LearningAcademy" and "TheGenie"- Accreditation provided over a 12-month period. TRAINING: Ongoing from day 1, Career Progression from Internal to External sales to Management PERSON SPECIFICATION: Highly pro-active Be driven, determined & self-motivated Strong relationship building skills - Be Approachable Be able to work as part of a team - Be Respectful Excellent communication skills and telephone manner Positive Mental Attitude. EXPERIENCE: Preferably - 12-month sales experience in either B2C or B2B- However full training will be given QUALIFICATIONS: 5 GCSE’s C and above Inc. Math’s and English HOURS OF WORK: 9am-6pm (1-hour Lunch) SALARY: 20k OTE 40K HOLIDAY: 20 days plus 1 day per year up to 24 Days.
