Overview
Cathedral Appointments are currently seeking a Services Lead & Clinical Account Manager to join our client’s innovative and highly respected medical data business. Following a successful period of growth, the company are looking to implement a new solution into the NHS and need a talented Pharmacy professional to ensure this solutions’s successful delivery into medical practices across the country. You will be working closely with the company’s Business Development Managers and Account Managers to ensure that practices are aware of, and are taking on the new solution whilst uncovering opportunities to deliver this new solution to existing customers. You will be responsible for considering opportunities to drive usage and better meet customer needs to maximise revenue. This position is field based and can be based anywhere in the South of the UK. To be successful you will need to be a qualified Pharmacist registered with the GPhC and ideally have worked in GP practice/CCG environment. An account management or medicines optimisation background is beneficial. Responsibilities: Generate new business through making consumers aware of the new solution Ensure that existing customers are aware of the new solution and its value Identify how best to embed the solution in each customer unit Consider revenue-generating opportunities in service improvements or efficiencies Provide training and support on the service to the BDMs and Account Managers Requirements: Fully qualified Pharmacist with current GPhC registration Experience delivering services into the NHS Ideally but not essentially some experience in sales or account management Fantastic analytical, problem solving and organisational skills with research capability IT skills (Microsoft Office) This role will pay a competitive salary and represents a fabulous opportunity to sell a product that helps the NHS solve real world problems.
