Property Manager - Permanent - Birmingham Your new company An excellent opportunity to join an exceptional property consultancy based in Birmingham working as a Senior Surveyor within property management. Your new role In your new job role you will join an excellent and supportive property management team, responsible for the management of a diverse commercial property portfolio, primarily based in the Midlands. In your new job role you will have a variety of responsibilities including (not limited to); managing the transition of clients instructions efficiently, regularly review leases, undertake routine property inspections in accordance with clients requirements, ensure all rent demands are raised accurately and identify and progress any opportunities of cross selling services What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful in this role you will be a passionate and proactive Property Manager/Surveyor with experience managing a mixed portfolio of commercial, industrial and retail properties. Ideally you will be RICS qualified but your new company offers excellent APC support if required. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and will have the ability to build and maintain relationships.
