Overview
Imperial Recruitment Group are looking to recruit a Telesales Consultant for a global engineering organisation based in their Nottingham HQ. A permanent and unique opportunity you will be given extensive training on all their products and services as well as support for the Regional Sales Managers & Directors. What is the purpose of the role? To grow their repair sales in line with company objectives. Job Title: Telesales Consultant (Repair department) Location: Nottingham (South) Starting salary: £20k pa lucrative Commission long term career progression Employment Opportunity: Permanent Highlighted Responsibilities: After gaining leads you will market, process, sell and manage repair opportunities in your allocated area. Using standardised process such as: analysing, call out reports and inspecting sales opportunities. Process all quotations and orders on company systems. Provide sales support to existing and new customers. Continuous contact with customers via telephone/email to reach agreed sales and revenue targets. Respond to quotation requests, leads, tender enquiries etc, follow up and negotiate to close business. Ensure maximum exposure of products and service across focussed accounts an maintain robust sales pipeline. Work with Repair Sales Consultant create and implement strategic account plans with clear objectives to increase market penetration. Accurately measure and communicate progress against monthly targets by reporting and forecasting via sales journal. Liaise with Operations Manager in all aspects of repair sales enquiries. Ensure all work follows the appropriate company working practices. Requirements: A minimum of 3 years Telesales experiences ideally within an engineering organisation Demonstrable experience within a technical sales role.
