Overview
Our client is a leading supplier of technology solutions and services. Working with the key vendors they are looking to expand their public sector sales support team. The Role Joining a successful public sector focused sales team and supporting them in the growth of their public sector business. Public Sector portal management as well as setting us as suppliers on customer portals. Manage allocation of opportunities to account managers. Working in conjunction with the Sales team to ensure all opportunities received via the portals meet deadlines. Working with manufacturers to apply for and negotiate special price discounts for public sector customers. The Candidate: Well-presented and confident. Possess strong communication skills. Possess a minimum of 12 months experience within a Sales Support role with a technology business. Proven track record of working as part of a team in a fast-paced sales environment Is action oriented and full of energy for the things he/she sees as challenging Not fearful of acting with a minimum of planning
