Positions: Head of Sales Location: Central London Salary: £60k - £70k basic, Uncapped OTE Are you a hands on Head of Sales or a Sales Manager seeking your next opportunity within IT Solutions? Do you have an excellent understanding of MSP and the IT Services channel market? Are you passionate about the development of sales people? Working with companies across verticals and different business models our client is a trusted partner that facilitates growth in an efficient manner. This role would be ideal for you if you have developed a managerial skill set and are now seeking to enter a hands on Head of Sales position with the aim to manage and develop a team of all round sales people. Your role: You will manage a team of 360 sales people, including remotely based. You will be responsible for their day to day development; coaching and training them on the phone and face to face with clients. The team are strong at growing revenue within existing accounts and need development creating new logo opportunities. You will be instrumental in this development, supporting the team to open up new logo opportunities and manage them through to close. You will also be actively involved in the sales process and close sales opportunities as they arise. About you: We're looking for an experienced hands-on Sales Manager who thrives on building, coaching and training successful sales team. What are the requirements? - You will have a background within a IT Solutions / VAR/ MSP business and excellent knowledge of the channel sale model - Background in selling to MSPs/VARs is essential for this opportunity - You will have track record of developing and leading high performance sales teams - You will be hands on, coaching, training and managing a highly skilled 360 sales team - You will be able to communicate at a C-Suite level - You will be commutable to Central London - You will have the ability to (and train the team to) open up conversations with Enterprise, new logo businesses If this sounds like you, please get in contact or apply directly.
