Overview
The Business My Client is a privately owned, department store operator. Primarily based in and around London, they have successfully grown and developed their business, becoming known for premium brands across fashion, homewares and beauty. They are looking to continue their growth through building strong teams who understand the customer and are empowered to provide the very best service. The Brixton store is being refurbished in 2020 and looking to grow its beauty range substantially. The Role Reporting to the Beauty Floor Manager, this role takes ownership for driving sales within premium homewares, in their flagship store. With a substantial team of reports this role is all about coaching the team to make the best decisions in terms of merchandising, product and customer service. The Candidate You will be passionate about people Team and Customers are your driver.
