If you worked here You would be working for a highly successful and progressive Estate Agency You would also be working within a phenomenal and ambitious team Our clients have a very welcoming and fun nature and are proud to be environmentally friendly, providing their staff with branded bicycles encouraging them to cycle You'll be working within a company with a great reputation and impressive offices About our client Over 25 years combined London property experience Expanded to 3 offices within 5 years Independent agency specialising in all aspects of residential property Trendy office locations and local knowledge of the areas they operate in Excellent opportunities for career progression A typical day Aid growth and new business through proactive engagement with current and prospective clients Capitalise on all leads brought into the branch Support team to ensure they meet and exceed their targets Bring new properties onto the market Work closely with vendors to ensure high quality services Negotiate offers between applicants and landlords The need to knows Assistant Lettings Manager covering Loughton, Epping, Theydon Bois, North Chingford, Essex Monday to Thursday 9am - 6:30pm, Friday 9am - 6pm and Saturday 9am - 4pm (day off in lieu every other week) £18,000 to £22,000 per annum basic salary, OTE circa £40,000 per annum year 1, WILL increase by year 2 to approx. £55-60,000 Must have proven successful experience within residential lettings with valuing experience Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with a great work ethic and organised nature Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle Additional treats Hard work and success are rewarded, 'work hard - play hard' attitude is encouraged Invaluable training received from directors Great career opportunities and development If this sounds right for you, then please get in touch on Ref: 18691 ABOUT US LCA are highly established multi award winning specialist recruitment agency for the property industry.
