Sales Advisor (No Experience Needed) Location: Somerton, Somerset, TA11 6SP Salary: Basic salary Uncapped Commission (1st Year OTE £28,000) About the Company: For the last 16 years, our client has been one of the leading UK companies supplying Office Consumables. They don’t believe in scripts or limiting the amount you can earn, so with uncapped commission and your own initiative the sky really is the limit Sales Advisor Responsibilities: Catering for their Customers’ needs via telephone sales. Achieving agreed revenue targets on a regular basis. Offering revenue growth by expanding areas that we cover for each Customer. Prospecting new businesses from different companies such as Schools, Nurseries and commercial companies. Introducing our company to new businesses that have never traded with us. This is a great opportunity to join a successful, solid business, with a ‘can do’ attitude. You'll be responsible for marketing their products to existing customers and growing the company's sales through varying promotions and incentives. The Requirements of the Sales Advisor: No previous sales experience needed Full training is given with room to always grow. Clear and persuasive communicator. Self-motivated and keen for competition and success. Driven to earn more than the month prior, every month Resilient and consistent, with the ability to bounce back from setbacks and remain focused on goals. Energetic and up for a challenge. Competent computer skills. Further knowledge on the workings of P.C.’s, laptops and other I.T. is desired but not essential. Comfortable working within a fast paced environment.
