Overview
This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales professional to join a team in Manchester city center as an Sales Investor. Selling highly sort after new build properties to investors, mainly over the phone however you will need a driver's license as you will be required to do site visits with investors, numerous times a week. Our clients provide a strong lead bank as well as a lively and close-knit environment. They are ideally looking for a candidate who has previous experience in Sales or New Home Sales with a passion to hit KPI`S, being extremely driven and outgoing is essential. Requirements: Highly confident and charismatic Motivated and driven Excellent communication skills Ability to use initiative as business development is required in this role Passion for Sales Minimum of 2 years' experience in an estate agency Can sell from Plans Hours: 40 hours over; Monday - Thursday 10am - 4pm Fridays 10am - 2pm Flexible working hours 8am - 7pm Salary/Package: £18,000 basic £35,000 - £45,000 First Year OTE This is an exciting opportunity not to be missed Due to high amounts of applications if you have not been contacted within 7 days, please consider your application as unsuccessful.
