Overview

Role: Assistant Store Leader / Store Leader Location: North London surrounding areas Salary: £23,000 - £33,000 per annum (depending on experience) Our client is looking for an Assistant Store Leader / Store Leader to join their teams based in North London. You will need to have excellent team-building skills, be a confident communicator and strive for excellence in the performance of the staff and the store. Main Responsibilities of the Assistant Store Leader / Store Leader: Conducting team 1-2-1’s, reviews and mentoring meetings Organising training sessions to improve staff performance, i.e. role play Implementing target and objectives for staff to meet and exceed Taking initiative to understand company products and services Overseeing staff rotas Ensuring the store is complying to all relevant policies and procedures Making sure the store is kept clean, tidy and organised Helping the team develop their efficiency and customer service skills Always looking for different ways to improve store targets and implementing these changes Assisting other departments when required Successful Candidate for the Assistant Store Leader / Store Leader role: Previous retail experience in a management level role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organised, able to manage a busy workload and meet set deadlines Demonstratable leadership and coaching skills Positive, enthusiastic and committed to providing excellent customer service Hardworking and dedicated Strong IT skills If you are interested in applying for this role or would like to hear more about it, please hit apply TwentyFour Recruitment is an equal opportunity employer.
