Overview
Due to internal changes, a fantastic opportunity has arisen to join this billion-pound business. If you are comfortable with both account management and business development and want to join a company where you will receive excellent support as well as a highly competitive salary, then this could be the role for you. THE ROLE : As a Major Account Manager, you time will be equally split between managing existing accounts and developing new business. Your potential customer base will be focused on E Commerce, Logistics and any company that is looking to export. Day to day you will negotiate with Logistics Managers, Business Owners and Directors, taking orders ranging from £8k-£100k. The role of Major Account Manager will suit a strong relationship builder who is motivated towards hitting and exceeding targets. THE PERSON: In order to be considered for the role of Major Account Manager, you will need to demonstrate at interview that you have both strong new business and account management skills You will be credible, confident and be able to present at board level.
