Looking for a proactive and driven sales person to join a growing Brighton based technology company. Responsible for developing and growing a corporate client base. Client Details My client is an award winning internet service provider for corporate businesses across the UK. They are looking to further grow their sales team with a Business Development Manager. Description The main responsibility of the Business Development Manager will be to develop new business opportunities through a variety of means in order to drive revenue. Some of the responsibilities include; Contacting a mix of cold and warm leads and building relationships with prospective customers Conducting product demonstrations and following up with quotes and proposals Meeting prospecting clients face to face when required Continually building and managing a strong pipeline Report forecast into the Sales Manager Keep CRM consistently updated The role will be mainly based from the offices in West Sussex but may be required to travel to clients from time to time. Profile The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a B2B sales focused role. 2-5yrs sales experience in new Business B2B sales selling solutions based products or services Experience in a technical sales capacity is preferential but not necessary Strong 'Hunter' mentality, highly self-motivated, tenacious, dynamic and ambitious Proven sales track record in achieving or exceeding annual sales targets Consultative sales expertise and approach across a diverse portfolio of products Strong relationship building skills and ability to open new sales opportunities and identify gaps Our client is enjoying a period of growth and is looking for a talented Business Development Manager in what will be a high profile role, and help to take the business to the next stage of growth in this region.
